Every year, we take our elementary kids through the Bible chronologically, helping kids see how they too can be a part of God's story. Our curriculum shows kids how God is at the centre of every story in Scripture, and helps them understand the character and nature of God.
We use a small group and large group format to better come alongside kids on their journey of becoming fully devoted followers of Christ. We have four separate small groups: Grades 1-3 Girls, Grades 1-3 Boys, Grades 4-6 Girls, and Grades 4-6 Boys.
Here is what the general flow of the morning looks like:
10:30 am to 10:45 am – SMALL GROUP CONNECT – Children gather in their small groups for a time of building relationships with one another; this is done by participating in creative activities together, sharing about their weeks, and praying for each other.
10:45 am to 11:15 am – LARGE GROUP LESSON – Kids gather in a large group to experience and learn more about God by participating in music as worship, connecting through fun activities, and experiencing the Big Bible Story through creative storytelling techniques.
11:15 am to 11:25 am – REFLECT AND RESPOND STATIONS – These stations give kids the opportunity to respond to God in whatever way the Holy Spirit leads them; different stations will be set up each week, allowing kids to respond through prayer, Scripture reading, journaling, or art.
11:25 am to 11:45 am – SMALL GROUP ACTIVITIES – During this time, children have a chance to go deeper into the lesson and apply it by engaging with each other through activities and conversation.

Cuddlers & Explorers (Ages 0-2)
Although there is a Bible story, snack and activity time in the nursery, the primary focus is to provide a loving and safe environment in which our babies and toddlers can have their first look at who God is. Each Nursery Small Group Leader is committed to praying for a small group of children and their families.
