Crosspoint Youth

The Big Idea
At Crosspoint Church, our primary vision is "helping people find their way back to God". We want to provide a welcoming and safe place for students to explore a relationship with God, exercise their talents and gifts, and build community with other students and leaders.
We also want our students to know a sense of belonging within our local church community. As the Church, we want to practice being the hands and feet of Jesus wherever we find ourselves.
The Home Group
Each week, the Crosspoint Youth Group gathers as a large group to discover and dig into relevant topics from God's word. Part way through, everyone breaks into smaller groups for discussion and prayer. The night wraps up as everyone regathers for a time of chilling and eating.
Who: Students in Grades 7-12
When: Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Where: North Central Edmonton (We meet in 2 different homes at the same time.)
We are all works in progress. It's okay to not be okay. We seek to develop an atmosphere where it is safe to ask questions and an environment where students are encouraged to work out their faith for themsleves and to own it.
Currently
Our Home Groups are studying Youth Alpha. This study looks to discuss on of the big questions: What is the meaning of life?

The Youth Ministry is lead by Alison Wilson. She works with two other adult leaders to help shape the youth ministry at Crosspoint Church.
